I am really in the mood for smoothie, so thus this post:
Things You Need:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 12 oz. fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of milk/ soy milk/ yoghurt
- 1 cup ice
- Chop off the stems of the strawberries and peel the bananas
- Put everything into the blender
- Blend on high speed until no lumps and it's creamy
- ENJOY!!
